Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) Site Lead to manage pre-transition and transition activities for active sites, and long-term stewardship for completed sites. You will oversee technical site activities and serve as a cost account lead for FUSRAP budgets for LM programs.

The role requires strong reporting, coordination with DOE LM and USACE, and ability to mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance and safety across sites in Fernald, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, environmental science or related field preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of relative experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to document and report findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical site oversight and management for FUSRAP sites.
• Acts as cost account lead for assigned FUSRAP budgets and supports LM reporting.
• Performs pre-transition and transition activities for active sites and long-term stewardship for completed sites.
• Develops and updates program documents, plans, and annual reports.
• Supports coordination with USACE, DOE LM, and stakeholders; mentors junior staff.
