The FusionPKG Product Execution Specialist plays a pivotal role within the commercial support organization, serving as a primary liaison between FusionPKG and its customers. This position is accountable for delivering flawless execution and service throughout the customer lifecycle—from early package development through production and launch.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, customer‑centric professional who demonstrates strong project management capabilities, a proactive sense of urgency, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Acting as a natural customer advocate, the Product Execution Specialist ensures timelines, specifications, and commitments are met while fostering trusted, long‑term customer relationships.
This role works cross‑functionally with internal teams—including Sales, Operations, Design, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Accounting, and Innovation—as well as with customer stakeholders, to drive alignment, execution, and successful outcomes.
