Job summary

Security Industry Specialists is seeking a Fusion Security Specialist to ensure a safe, secure environment and world-class customer service at the client site in Greenwich, CT. You will present professionally, greet and direct personnel, and apply site rules and procedures with integrity.

The role requires safeguarding guests, supervising security operations, and coordinating with the Site Manager. Relevant state certifications and licenses are required, with EMT/CLSS-HC certifications preferred

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses.
• Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience OR an Associate’s degree or higher in criminal justice or business management OR minimum 3 years of experience in physical security with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall activity on the site to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Initiate investigations of security-related incidents
• Operate in a professional, business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standard
• Assist EMS or other officials during emergencies
• Professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion, and the ability to function in stressful situations
• Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses

About the role:

The Fusion Security Specialist is responsible for creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for the client and customers. As such, the Fusion Security Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, speak politely and in a clear tone, and provide the highest level of customer service to address, greet, and direct all personnel. A strong working knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures for guests and general personnel at the client site is expected. As the primary point of contact for all safety and security issues, the Fusion Security Specialist leverages a thorough understanding of the rules, policies, and procedures applicable to those on the client site. The Fusion Security Specialist reports directly to the Site Manager.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
