Job summary

All Systems Electrical in Rocklin is seeking a Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Technician for a full-time role. This position emphasizes 3D CAD design, manufacturing, fabrication, and equipment assembly.

The ideal candidate will be involved from concept through production, utilizing CAD/CAM software like Fusion 360, and be ready to support various fabrication activities. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably Fusion 360.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and measuring tools.
• Experience with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise detailed 3D models using CAD/CAM software.
• Work with sales engineering to turn concepts into designs.
• Create design packages including 3D models and documentation.
• Operate engraving equipment and laser cutters.
• Prepare materials for powder coating and assist with fabrication.
