Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is hiring for pipe fusers and pipefitters to support its gas distribution and utility operations in the Denver area. The role is based out of Commerce City with frequent travel across the Denver Metro Area, involving outdoor work in varying weather conditions and the need to lift heavy materials.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of fusion experience, a Class A CDL, and the ability to obtain/maintain a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must have physical dexterity to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Willingness to travel short-term.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DOT medical card.
• 2+ years of fusion experience.
• Gas mainline installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain pipe systems, specializing in plastic fusion.
• Perform quality control on pipe systems through tests, inspections, and safety standards.

This position is based out of our Commerce City office, with frequent travel throughout the Denver Metro Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain systems of pipes, specializing in plastic fusion
• Perform quality control on pipe systems through tests, inspections, and safety standards
• Maintain highly detailed documentation of piping systems and projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience in construction, or the utility distribution industry preferred, but not required.
• Class A CDL is highly preferred, with endorsements.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions such as extreme heat and cold temperatures.
• Must possess physical dexterity to be able to lift a minimum of 50 LBS and safely perform other physical work.
• Able to travel on short-term basis.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DOT medical card.
• 2+ years of fusion experience.
• Experience installing gas mainlines preferred.
• Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
