Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate for a long-standing client in Noblesville, IN. The role supports daily warehouse operations, product preparation, inventory handling, and ensuring merchandise is ready for customers.

You will contribute to efficiency, safety, and quality standards while supporting a positive customer experience and reliable store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance as needed).
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
