Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate for our Indianapolis client. You will support daily warehouse operations, product preparation, inventory handling, and ensure merchandise is ready for customers.

This role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and quality. You\'ll operate warehouse equipment, assist with inventory accuracy, and help deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance as needed)
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies)
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support a positive customer experience
