Job summary

Overflow Thrift Stores is seeking a Transportation & Furniture Coordinator to move product between stores, coordinate furniture pickups, and assist with storage and display. You will lead donation processing and support processing area operations during shifts.

Responsibilities include managing furniture pickups/deliveries, operating balers and forklift per safety guidelines, coordinating with volunteers and staff, and ensuring excellent donor and customer experiences during daytime hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Maintenance of a clear driving record with no moving violations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically-active environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport inventory between stores.
• Manage furniture pick-ups and deliveries; coordinate with donors and customers.
• Operate recycling equipment like baler and assist with storage and display.
• Assist with processing donations and merchandise in Overflow’s processing area.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to maintain operations and customer experience.
