Furniture Service Technician

As a Furniture Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repairs to customers. Your duties will include:

• Managing customer work orders
• Calling scheduled customers between 8 am and 10 am
• Performing scheduled calls
• Executing quality repairs such as:
• Leather repair and touch-up
• Fabric sewing and repair
• Replacing reclining mechanisms
• Wood burn-in and touch-up
• Furniture frame repair and reinforcement
• Case good assembly
• Conducting bedding inspections
• Ordering parts and documenting comments from customers' homes
• Finalizing billing notes, including symptoms, work performed, parts used, and labor costs
• Completing additional assigned tasks within the agreed timeframe
