Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a supportive environment. You will engage customers, discuss product knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals.

The role offers flexible schedules, an hourly base with uncapped commissions, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing omni-channel retailer with 200+ stores.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with home design purchases.
• Experience with sales in a commission-based environment is a plus.
