Ashley Furniture is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers. You’ll guide guests, create inspiration for home furnishings, and help design rooms they’ll love.

This fast-paced, high-energy role suits an entrepreneurial, focused, and ambitious sales professional with a passion for lifestyle retail. You’ll deliver world-class service, process sales orders, assist with financing when needed, and support inventory and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to provide world-class service and maintain a welcoming front desk presence.
• Proficient cash handling and ability to process sales transactions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Guide store guests from entry to purchase, inspiring them with Ashley’s products.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain documentation for financing when needed.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention initiatives.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
