Ashley Furniture Industries is looking for a Retail Sales Associate in Antioch, Tennessee. In this role, you will transform store guests into loyal customers by providing outstanding service and expert guidance on home furnishings. Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide store guests and provide outstanding service.
• Process sales orders accurately and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Support inventory management and participation in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPI’s.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
