Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Age 18 or older.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and ensure guests are welcomed and treated professionally.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain cash handling documentation.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing as needed.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory and loss prevention activities, including bi-annual checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
