Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly and able to motivate customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service and welcome guests at the front desk.
• Process sales orders accurately and handle cash per protocol.
• Assist with credit applications and financing documentation as needed.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Support store opening/closing and daily cash reconciliations.
• Participate in inventory checks and loss prevention.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
