Ashley Furniture - North America is seeking a Distribution Center Product Technician to repair case goods, upholstery, and leather items on-site at our Texas distribution center. You will triage items, choose repair paths, and execute fixes from surface touch-ups to mechanism replacements while following SOPs.

The role requires hands-on furniture repair experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a warehouse setting with on-site spray operations and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of hands-on furniture repair experience, including upholstery, leather repairs, and wood refinishing.
• Clear communication and ability to work independently.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and readiness to learn in-house systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle minor surface repairs on case goods and tables.
• Complete refinishes and upholstery repair as needed.
• Set up and operate spray booth.
• Inspect damaged products and determine restoreability.
• Report maintenance needs and document damages.
• Assist other technicians and follow safety rules.
