Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Furniture Repair Technician to set the standard for quality in every item delivered to customers. You will assess damages, repair wood, leather, fabric, and upholstery, and complete the deluxing process with attention to detail.

The role requires hands-on craftsmanship, precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety policies and promoting awareness across the team.

Qualifications

• Two years experience working with wood furniture, leather, fabric & upholstery.
• Color matching & blending.
• Wood repairs including burn-ins & wood graining.
• Leather repairs including scuffs, holes and tears.
• Upholstery repairs including structural/mechanism replacements.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess damages and choose appropriate repair methods for wood, leather, fabric and upholstery.
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform craftsmanship with hands-on skills in carpentry services.
• Complete the furniture deluxing process to standards.
• Follow Raymour & Flanigan safety policies and promote awareness.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and professionalism.
• Stay organized and work independently or with a team.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.

• Demonstrate high level of attention to detail and professionalism at all times.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
