Hive Collective in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Warehouse Delivery & Furniture Receiving Associate. You will receive, organize, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and assist with furniture delivery and setup in-store or at client sites.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Requires 1–2 years in retail receiving/warehouse and familiarity with inventory systems; weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail receiving, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Experience with LightSpeed inventory system preferred.
• Ability to accurately check in inventory and maintain organized backstock.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Sort and store items—properly place on shelves or designated storage areas.
• Organize and maintain backstock inventory for accuracy.
• Deliver furniture to clients' homes or Hive stores; may involve stairs.
• Set up furniture inside store or client homes; including sofas, mattresses, dressers, tables.
• Complete receiving tasks from start to finish, including sorting, checking in, and tagging.
• Verify quantities and accuracy by checking paperwork and purchase orders.
• Report issues to Buyers and Store Manager; coordinate with other departments.
• Use LightSpeed or other inventory systems to search for incoming product and purchase orders.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and efficient.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
