Broad River Retail is seeking a Furniture Prep and Assembly Associate to join the Operations Team in Salem, OR. The role focuses on assembling furniture pieces to ensure high quality before delivery to customers.

The position requires unpacking, inspecting for damages, safe handling, and lifting up to 75 pounds, with duties documented per procedures. It operates in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with some outdoor exposure.

Formación

• Ability to follow a detailed set of assembly instructions.
• Ability to SAFELY use small power tools and hand tools.
• Properly and safely use tools and box cutters.
• Ability to stand, stoop, walk, and crouch, for an entire shift.

Responsabilidades

• Unpacking and assembly of furniture in an organized manner.
• Inspect furniture for damages.
• Exercise proper product handling techniques.
• Lift and move products up to 50 pounds, or more using appropriate tools.
• Document complete work according to standardized procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
