Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull, lift and maneuver materials up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance).
• Comfort operating hand tools, pneumatic tools, and machinery with precision and safety.
• High attention to detail regarding product inspection, inventory tagging, and count verification.
• Dedicated safety mindset with proactive adherence to PPE standards.
• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and flexibility to work scheduled production shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble furniture pieces using power tools and precision assembly methods.
• Perform inspections on components and finished products to maintain craftsmanship standards.
• Package and secure finished furniture for storage and transit.
• Keep assembly lines clean and compliant with 5S housekeeping standards.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks following safety guidelines.
• Unload raw materials and move stock across docks and storage bays.
• Scan production tags and update inventory balances using barcode scanners.
• Work with plant teammates to achieve daily shipping and assembly goals.
