Job summary

HM Richards, Inc. is seeking a Cushion Regulator in Mississippi to fit poly into cut covers, ensure full filling of seat, arm and back covers, and to maintain production quality and safety standards on the line.

You will work with a team in a production environment, following safety guidelines and contributing to a clean, orderly workspace while meeting daily production goals and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Use your hands to fit poly into cut cover, ensuring poly is completely filled into seat, arm and back cover
• Fill fiber into pillow to fit in accordance with quality standards, examining each piece to ensure poly is fit into cover completely
• Make the best use of your time and resources available to complete daily tasks for production
• Communicate with department supervisor or lead person on quality issues
• Work closely with other employees on the line to maintain a close team dynamic daily
• Perform your job safely while following all safety guidelines and keeping work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor

As a Cushion Regulator, You Will
