Job summary

CORT Furniture Rental is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver in Danville, IL. You will load, deliver, and install furniture, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires driving a 26-foot truck, working with the operations team, and occasional warehouse duties.

Starting pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid and current driver’s license in the state of residency.
• Minimum of 3 months driving a 24-foot box truck or larger; 1 year preferred.
• Physically able to move furniture indoors/outdoors and lift 100+ pounds with a partner.
• Able to comply with FMCSA regulations and maintain a DOT Medical Evaluator Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Start your day at the warehouse to review routes with the operations team.
• Drive a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate to customer locations and unload/ install furniture.
• Interact with customers during delivery and assist in warehouse as needed.
