Job summary

CORT Furniture Rental is hiring a Delivery Driver in Moorestown, NJ. You will load and deliver furniture to homes or offices, assemble items, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role includes warehouse support and driving a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate.

Standard hours are Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with potential overtime. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, paid time off, disability and life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid and current driver’s license in the state of residency.
• Minimum 3 months driving a 24-foot box truck or larger; 1 year preferred.
• Able to lift 100+ pounds with a partner and move furniture in all weather conditions.
• Able to comply with FMCSA regulations; read/speak English sufficiently.
• Possess a valid DOT Medical Evaluator Certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Able to pass a road test and maintain acceptable MVR per standards.

Responsibilities

• Start day at the warehouse and review route with the operations team.
• Drive a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate to customers’ homes or offices.
• Unload, deliver, and install furniture while engaging with customers.
• Assist in the warehouse as needed, including loading/unloading furniture.
