Job summary

CORT USA in Gahanna, Ohio is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to join the Operations team. You will load furniture, drive a 26-foot box truck, deliver and install furniture at customers' homes or offices, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Standard schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with some overtime. Pay is $22–$24 per hour depending on experience. We offer health insurance, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residency.
• Minimum 3 months driving a 24-foot box truck; 1 year preferred.
• Able to lift 100+ pounds with a partner.
• Able to comply with FMCSA regulations.
• DOT Medical Evaluator Certificate with a physical and drug screen.
• Able to pass a road test; acceptable MVR.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently for basic communications.

Responsibilities

• Start your day at the warehouse and review route with the operations team.
• Drive a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate to customer locations.
• Unload, deliver, and install furniture while interacting with customers.
• Assist in the warehouse with loading/unloading as needed.
