Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• General labor or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds with a partner.
• Must pass drug screening and MVR checks; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading furniture from trucks.
• Help secure loads and ensure safe handling during delivery.
• Assist driver with navigation, parking, and backing spotter duties.
• Interact with customers to provide world‑class service during deliveries.
• Support with delivery paperwork and logs, and communicate issues to dispatch.
