Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport furniture to residential and commercial sites, with hands-on setup and assembly upon arrival. A strong focus on safety and customer service is required.

The role uses a non-CDL box truck, involves lifting up to 75 lbs, loading/unloading, and ensuring paperwork is completed. Starting pay is $19-21 per hour, DOE, with potential overtime and a post-30-day review.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Experience with furniture delivery or similar hands-on delivery roles preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck to deliver furniture.
• Load and unload products using hand trucks or dollies.
• Assemble and set up furniture at delivery sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
