Job summary

Fabricut, Inc. is seeking a dedicated customer service/order administrator to support customers and sales reps by handling quotes, orders, product information, and order status inquiries via phone, email, and web.

You will develop product knowledge, process orders in the OMS, and generate quotes using web-based and Excel tools, ensuring timely updates and accurate records throughout the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Typing proficiency of at least 45 words per minute.
• Proficient 10-key data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing or related products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and sales representatives via phone, email, and web.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of furniture, rugs, and related products.
• Process and enter customer orders into the order management system.
• Prepare and enter customer quotes using web-based and Excel tools.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with workroom and production teams to meet delivery commitments.

• Maintain records in the AS00 Workflow system, including deposits, freight charges, balances, and COM shipments.
• Enter, track, and update customer claims in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and ensure positive experience.

• Comply with policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and sales representatives by assisting with furniture and rug quotes, orders, product information, and order status inquiries through phone, email, and web communications.

• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of furniture, rugs, and related products to effectively support customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.


• Accurately process and enter customer furniture and rug orders into the order management system.


• Prepare and enter customer quotes using web-based and Excel quoting tools.


• Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.


• Coordinate with workroom and production teams to ensure quality standards and delivery commitments are met.


• Monitor and manage furniture and rug orders from placement through final shipment, providing updates as needed.


• Maintain accurate records in the AS00 Workflow system, including deposits, freight charges, final balances, COM (Customer's Own Material) shipments, and other pertinent order details.


• Enter, track, and update customer claims in company systems and spreadsheets.


• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Utilize company materials, systems, and equipment effectively and responsibly.

Requirements
