Job summary

Abrasive Technology Inc in Lewis Center, OH is hiring for a Furnace Plater Trainee on the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am). You will load components, operate furnaces for plating of superabrasive parts, and maintain process data per ISO/GMP standards.

No prior electroplating experience is required as training is provided; 18+ years old and basic computer skills are needed. Competitive benefits are offered including PTO and bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior electroplating experience required — training provided.
• Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load components for furnace plating per instructions.
• Operate furnaces used in metallization and plating of superabrasives.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain records per ISO/GMP.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and calibration checks.
• Adhere to cleanroom and EHS procedures.
