Job summary

CPP Corporation in Albany, OR is seeking a hands-on operator to run titanium casting furnaces and support the casting process. You will MIG weld electrodes, track production, and keep documentation up to date while following all safety procedures.

The role requires basic math, teamwork, and a HS diploma or GED. Training is provided; the workplace emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliable production output.

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic arithmetic.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Production operation experience preferred.
• MIG Welding experience helpful.
• Must be able to use and understand basic computer functions.
• HS diploma or equivalent GED required, but candidates not meeting this requirement who possesses relevant experience will be considered.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment and periodic drug screening.
• Must take a base line hearing test prior to starting.
