Job summary

Electronic Products Industries, Inc. (EPI) is seeking a Furnace Operator to manage belt ovens and periodic furnaces in our manufacturing environment.

You will load, unload, schedule and maintain furnace equipment while ensuring quality and safety compliance per ISO standards. The role requires reading and following process documents, working with blueprints, and collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience with BTU and Kiln furnaces is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Operate belt ovens and periodic furnaces to fire ceramic and microelectronic components.
• Load and unload fixtures and product with care and accuracy.
• Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces as directed.
• Adhere to ISO-9001/2015 quality standards and safety policies.
• Read process documents and drawings to ensure proper execution.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Maintain clean and organized furnace and work area.
