Job summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial furnaces used in the heat treatment process.
• Load and unload materials according to specifications.
• Adjust furnace settings, temperature, and cycle times to meet production requirements.

Post-Rolling Inspection:

• Visual Inspection and Measurement:
  • Examine plates to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Measure the dimensions of plates to determine the usable material before processing.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes as needed to move materials safely and efficiently
• Mark appropriate information on parts according to the work order, ensuring accurate identification and traceability.
• Operate hand tools such as grinders and stamping machines to prepare and finish materials as specified.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, temperatures, and cycle data.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
