Job summary

Real Alloy - North America is hiring for Production Labor on a rotating 12-hour schedule (6:45pm–7am), 4 days on, 4 days off. Starting wage is $23.40 per hour with scheduled increases and a comprehensive training plan.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

• Learn safety and quality procedures.
• Build skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
• Operate power equipment and assist as needed.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
