Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a FUOPS Planner to support space operations planning for senior military and civilian leaders. You will develop plans, briefs, and documents, bringing DoD/IC experience to a fast-paced, multi-domain environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DoD/IC planning, 3+ years in Joint HQ planning, and TS/SCI clearance, with a Bachelor's degree; a Master’s in Strategic Studies or National Security is a plus. Remote/hybrid/onsite work options may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD/IC planning experience.
• 3+ years supporting Joint HQ planning (J35/J5).
• Experience leading Joint Planning Process or Military Decision-Making Planning.
• Knowledge of space domain operations and their integration with other warfighting domains.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience within the DoW or IC community
• 3+ years of experience supporting Joint Headquarters planning, such as in the J35 or J5
• Experience leading teams in the Joint Planning Process or Military Decision-Making Planning process
• Knowledge of space domain operations and their integration with other warfighting domains
• Ability to rapidly develop plans, documents, and briefings for senior military and civilian leaders
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in a Combatant Command
• Master's degree in Strategic Studies or National Security
• Completion of the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I Course
• Graduate of an advanced military planner school, such as SAMS, SAW, SAAS, or JAWS

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
