Responsibilities

• Support projects on fungal biology and pathogenesis by performing genetic manipulation of fungal, PCR and DNA extraction, whole genome sequencing sample preparation and analysis, fungal culturing experiments, cell imaging, and pathogenesis experiments in tissue culture and animal models.
• Maintain an up-to-date lab notebook, participate in lab meetings, and present and discuss findings under guidance of mentors.
