Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift and move 150+ lbs is required.
• Ability to follow instructions via phone, text, or in person is essential.
• Professional appearance is required.
• Ability to handle human remains with respect and safety is required.
• Funeral Assistance License (or willingness to obtain one) with company support.

Responsibilities

• Perform removals and transportation of deceased individuals as assigned.
• Coordinate with hospitals, nursing homes, residences, and funeral homes with professionalism.
• Travel to assigned service areas throughout Massachusetts and surrounding states.

This position offers full-time, part-time, and 1099 contract opportunities, with employees reporting to a central location before traveling to assigned service areas throughout Massachusetts and occasionally neighboring states.

As a Funeral Transportation Assistant, you'll work closely with hospitals, nursing homes, residences, and funeral homes, performing removals and transportation services with the utmost dignity and respect.
