Job summary

Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary in Kaneohe, HI is seeking a Funeral Director to join our team. The role provides support and guidance to families before, during, and after loss, handling funeral service coordination and memorialization with professionalism and empathy.

The Funeral Director will ensure compliance with licensing regulations and state/federal rules, deliver compassionate care, and help families navigate difficult decisions while upholding the dignity of every life we honor.

Qualifications

  • Have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.
  • Work proficiency in Microsoft office products (word, excel, outlook).
  • Knowledge of current federal, state and local regulations, related to the funeral industry

Responsibilities

  • Provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one
  • Coordinate, assist, and carry out all aspects of a funeral service and final memorialization
  • Adhere to all professional, municipal, state, and federal licensing regulations and rules applicable to the funeral service profession
  • Ensure that all federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed

Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary is looking for a Funeral Director to join our team in Kaneohe, HI where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. The Funeral Director serves as a trusted source of support, guidance, and direction for families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one. The ideal candidate combines compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail with the ability to help families navigate difficult decisions during a time of loss. By providing exceptional care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and honoring every life with dignity and respect, the Funeral Director plays a vital role in creating meaningful experiences for the families we serve.

Responsibilities
