Cremation Society of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg is seeking a compassionate Funeral Director to join our team. You will meet with At-Need families, arrange services, and handle administrative duties with professionalism and care.

We offer a base salary plus bonus potential, comprehensive health plans, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and career development opportunities. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited mortuary college
• A Valid State Funeral Director license required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus where not required for FD license
• High level of compassion and integrity
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in computers and the ability to use technology while meeting with families
