Job summary

Neptune Society is seeking a compassionate, licensed Funeral Director to join our team in Florida. The role includes meeting families, ensuring regulatory compliance, and performing administrative tasks while delivering dignified cremation services.

Theposition offers a base salary with bonus potential, comprehensive health plans, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, cell phone reimbursement, and training opportunities. Monday to Friday schedule and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited mortuary college.
• Valid State Funeral Director license required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus where not required for FD license.
• Good driving record and must provide a current, valid driver's license.
• High level of compassion and integrity.
• Good communication skills; proficient with computers while meeting families.

Responsibilities

• Meet with At-Need families in a professional, organized and caring manner.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing authorities and regulations applicable to cremation services.
• Perform administrative duties including preparing documents, processing reports, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned.

We are currently looking for a compassionate and self-driven licensed Funeral Director to join our team. We are also open to Funeral Arrangers.
