Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, TX is seeking a Funeral Director to join our team. The role focuses on guiding families through the funeral process with compassion and professionalism, ensuring every service honors the life of their loved one.

You will coordinate all aspects of funeral service and memorialization, while adhering to licensing requirements and regulations to provide dignified care and support to families in their time of loss.

Formación

• Licensed Funeral Director in Texas or the ability to reciprocate.
• Excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of federal, state and local funeral industry regulations.

The Funeral Director serves as a trusted source of support, guidance, and direction for families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one. The ideal candidate combines compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail with the ability to help families navigate difficult decisions during a time of loss. By providing exceptional care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and honoring every life with dignity and respect, the Funeral Director plays a vital role in creating meaningful experiences for the families we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one
• Coordinate, assist, and carry out all aspects of a funeral service and final memorialization
• Adhere to all professional, municipal, state, and federal licensing regulations and rules applicable to the funeral service profession
• Ensure that all federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed

Qualifications

• Licensed Funeral Director in Texas or the ability to reciprocate.
• Have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.
