Job summary

Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Funeral Attendant in Colorado Springs to help set up viewings and services, assist with memorials, and transfer remains as needed. The role includes supporting the funeral director and coordinating movements of caskets and related items.

The position requires a compassionate, flexible individual who can work weekends and evenings, with the ability to lift 75 lbs and hold a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the funeral director with tasks during funerals and visitations to ensure services run smoothly.
• Maintain a friendly attitude while offering assistance and guidance to all persons entering the location.
• Assist in the movement of the casketed deceased and other related items in and out of visitation area funeral home chapel, church, or other places of service.
• Drive the hearse, family limousine, or other vehicles in the funeral cortege and other funeral related activities.
