Description

This position involves interacting directly with client families during their time of need, ensuring a high level of client family satisfaction, and supporting funeral service operations.

Essential Functions

1. Assist client families and visitors by providing information and support.
2. Help with the movement of caskets and related items during services.
3. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of public spaces before and after services.
4. Assist client families in and out of transportation, with special attention to the elderly and handicapped.
5. Support during funeral services and visitations, including greeting visitors and coordinating logistics.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in client relations or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and handle emotionally charged situations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Preferred: Four-year degree or equivalent experience; bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor work with outdoor duties that may involve exposure to natural elements and physical activity, including lifting up to 25 pounds. Overtime and local travel may be required.
