This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Funeral Arranger to join an independent family business based in our Head Office, in the Croydon area.

You will have excellent communication and people skills; and be able to deal sensitively with distressing situations and ensure all funeral arrangements are conducted in accordance with the family’s wishes. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build a caring, professional relationship with the bereaved whilst delivering a consistently high level of client care.

In your role you will be required to make all the practical arrangements for the funeral and ensure Our client families are aware of the full range of services available to them.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of the profession with a calm and approachable manner, ability to drive with a clean driving license and be well presented.
