Qualifications

• General corporate and securities background with experience advising investment funds during all lifecycle stages
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which applying or commitment to obtain one soon

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit to advise funds and investors during all stages of their lifecycle
