This major offshore firm is actively looking to hire a bright, dynamic lawyer to join their growing funds practice. The team specializes in the formation and structuring of hedge and private equity funds across multiple offshore jurisdictions.

The firm is seeking candidates who have trained and practiced with leading firms in London, Dublin (if England & Wales dual-qualified) and Sydney/Melbourne (or those who already have direct offshore experience), with experience in funds or in corporate teams doing some funds/PE related work.

The firm will provide on-site training and offers an attractive remuneration package, including relocation, health and pension benefits.
