Johnson, Grossnickle and Associates (JGA) is seeking an Associate to assist in client engagements and support the consulting team. The Associate will serve as a key member of the team, delivering high-quality service and strengthening JGA’s culture through teamwork.

The ideal candidate will bring direct fundraising experience in nonprofit leadership or consulting, with success working with donors and senior leadership and a strong understanding of advancement functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in fundraising, non-profit management, or related field.
Five to seven years of active fundraising experience.
Experience with major gifts, annual giving, and capital campaigns.
Strong board interaction and governance experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

Conduct interviews and information gathering for feasibility studies, development audits, philanthropic assessments, strategic plans, and other consulting work.
Support lead consultants in facilitating discussions and implementing recommendations.
Support and increasingly lead components of Acuity® predictive analytics engagements, translating analysis into actionable insights.
Manage assigned responsibilities to support timely delivery of client work with the lead consultant.
As experience grows, independently lead defined portions of client engagements.
