Job summary

The National Deaf Children’s Society is seeking a Fundraising Quality & Compliance Officer to lead our programme of fundraiser quality assurance and programme compliance monitoring across the UK. This role involves regular travel, including weekly visits to fundraising offices, to observe activity and provide practical feedback to fundraisers and agency partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fundraising sector, ideally with knowledge of face-to-face fundraising.
  • Experience of compliance, auditing, quality assurance or monitoring activity.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence in analysing information and producing clear reports and recommendations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays, and hold a valid driving licence.
  • Strong digital skills, and a sound understanding of agile values & principles.
