A fundraising consulting agency is seeking a Program Manager to manage campaigns and support strategy development. The role requires at least 2-3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a remote position with excellent benefits, starting at $60,000 annually.

As a Program Manager at Avalon, an award-winning full-service fundraising consulting agency, you will partner with mission-driven organizations to help them meet their financial goals through strategic direct marketing fundraising campaigns. This is your chance to sharpen your skills in campaign management, from strategy and creative development to production and analysis — all while working alongside an expert team that’s passionate, collaborative, and fun!
We are a remote workplace with team members working from home offices located across the United States. Occasional travel may be needed for client meetings, conferences, or team gatherings.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in direct response nonprofit fundraising. If you’re proficient in Microsoft Office programs (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and have a proven track record of juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease, you could be exactly who we need.
