The Alzheimer's Association in Wichita, KS is seeking a Manager, Relationship Events to oversee the Memory Gala and related corporate development initiatives. You will recruit and engage volunteers, cultivate sponsors, and manage donor fulfillment to achieve revenue and engagement targets.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in galas and corporate fundraising, with proven volunteer leadership. This is a role requiring travel and evening/weekend availability to support events and committee meetings.
The Manager of Relationship Events is responsible for the implementation of the Memory Gala - Wichita and its wrap around event(s) to meet or exceed the budgeted goal through volunteer recruitment and engagement as well as through corporate development. This position will be responsible for the Memory Gala event as well as assisting with the growth and management of other corporate development initiatives per the discretion of the Chapter Executive or Development Department Lead. Measurable outcomes for this position include; driving volunteer and corporate engagement and revenue growth as identified in the strategic plan.

Position Grade & Compensation: Grade 105 The Alzheimer's Association’s good faith expectation for the salary range for this role is between $60,000 – $70,000
