Job summary

Double Good is seeking a Fundraising Advisor, Cheer and Dance to grow our presence in the cheer and dance community. You will find, reach, and win gyms, leagues, schools, and programs running fundraisers, and help them succeed so they return.

You will own day-to-day execution of the cheer and dance plan, building lists, performing outreach, attending competitions, conferences, and following up on leads. This role requires 2+ years in a relevant field and strong CRM/outreach skills; a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, events, account management, or related customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with the cheer and dance community or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable reaching out to new people.
• Organized with reliable follow-up and attention to deadlines/logistics.
• Comfortable at a booth, engaging a high volume of people at events.
• Proficient with CRM and outreach tools or ability to learn.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Standing for long periods and lifting booth materials for events.
• Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Research the cheer and dance market and build target lists and briefs to drive outreach campaigns.
• Follow up on replies, samples, and leads; move qualified leads through the pipeline.
• Add new leads weekly via outreach to regional gyms, leagues, and schools; pass warm national leads to Head of Partnerships.
• Plan and run events with deadlines and logistics; coordinate with Marketing and staff booths to collect leads.
• Support top organizers with one-on-one outreach and fundraising help in partnership with Customer Success.
• Create cheer and dance webinars, guides, or assets to help organizers succeed.
• Serve as day-to-day marketing and support liaison for partners and organizations.
• Share learnings with Head of Partnerships and wider team.
