Job summary

Champion Force Athletics seeks Cheerleading Coaches to support or lead teams across the country this season. Candidates should be team players, willing to coach all levels of teams and classes, with 1–2 evenings for practices and occasional weekend travel to competitions.

Previous cheer knowledge is preferred, gymnastics background a plus. Must pass background check, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and enjoy teaching children aged 4–15.

Qualifications

• Cheer, dance or gymnastics experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to coach all levels of teams and classes, 1–2 evenings per week.
• Pass background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach classes, oversee check-ins.
• Lead and assist in practices and clinics.
• Coordinate with organizers for competitions.
• Maintain basic records and attend occasional meetings.

Continued success and growth forces us to seek additional Cheerleading Coaches to assist or head up our teams across the country this season. Candidates must be team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes.

Previous cheer knowledge is preferred, but not required, and a gymnastics background is a plus. The ideal candidate must be willing to dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to various competitions.

Champion Force Athletics is looking for someone who can answer "Yes!" to these questions:

• Do you have Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics experience?
• Do you enjoy working with children, ages 4-15?
• Do you have a reliable transportation?
• Do you want to make a difference in the lives of youth?

Classes may be scattered throughout the evening, but most coaches will work no more than 3-4 classes in a day. Must be able to pass background check.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines.

Experience with teaching children is a plus! Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping. There will also be occasional meetings, clinics, and a cheer competitions each session. This is truly one of the most fun part-time jobs you can imagine!
