Job summary

Agora Data, Inc. seeks a Funding Specialist II to fund auto loans while upholding high integrity. You will evaluate documents and verifications for validity and deliver superior service to internal teams and external partners, including dealers and applicants.

In this role, you will coordinate with originators and leadership, maintain precise funding records, and support the end-to-end auto loan origination process from application review to funding, ensuring policy and regulatory conformance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Auto Originations/Funding experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong typing, data entry, and computer navigation skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to respond promptly and professionally to internal and external requests.

Job description

The Funding Specialist II is responsible for funding auto loans while maintaining the highest level of integrity. The specialist evaluates all documents, programs, and verifications for validity prior to funding the loan. This team member interfaces with and provides superior customer service to internal and external customers (e.g., credit center personnel, automobile dealers, loan applicants).

• Previous experience in indirect auto lending or subprime auto finance preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent but minimal physical effort, such as sitting, standing, and walking.
• Occasional moving and lifting of equipment and furniture are required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
